Quality and reliability of after sales support has been an important feature for CNC Innovations, when it comes to customer satisfaction. We offer professional assistance and guidance following delivery of your system, to ensure your system is working for you.
Support/Training – from introduction, start up and longstanding machine maintenance.
We will assist to guide you through your decision process, before order. On completion of delivery of your system, we will fully train and support your operators through the working and general maintenance of your system. After sales assistance can be either by phone or directly to the milling machine / CADCAM PC via Teamviewer, for diagnostics or system checks.
Service/ Repair – Rapid assistance in the event of breakdown.
Repairing key components on your machine comes with years of knowledge and experience by CNC Innovations on the manufacturers machines. We can also provide scheduled yearly preempted service maintenance contracts to give you further support, during the life of your system.
